Restaurant Storchehus in Wehr

Very fine food, especially the excellent quality at the time in which it can only be picked up, is really surprising. Didn't think food kept warm could be so good. Pork tenderloin was on point, duck was great, beef roulade was a dream, burgers also taste great and that at a great price-performance ratio. I'm looking forward to going out to eat in the restaurant after the lockdown.

We have just enjoyed the Christmas menu we ordered. The goose and the entire menu were excellent. Everything worked out great from the order to the punctual collection. Highly recommended👍🏼

We can only give praise. We have just ordered 4 menus, which we could pick up about 30 minutes after ordering. Once at home, one positive surprise followed the other. The food was still very (!) Warm, packed in appropriate portions, the mixed salad with a lot of different ingredients and everything tasted great. The homemade red cabbage and the noble game goulash or the roulades are perfect for the cold season. So we can only recommend it and wish the team a lot of strength in this difficult time. We will be happy to order again.

Other restaurateurs in the area also know how to prepare good food. Other restaurateurs should also know how to offer regional freshness at a fair price. But often they don't. Here regional cuisine is offered at a high level at a fair price and the host is really still an old school host. Thank you, we'd love to come back.

Hello everybody , my wife and i were there today. The service was friendly and informative. The starter was delicious. The burger is perfect as is the steak. Unfortunately, a dessert no longer fit in. Any time. Great price-performance ratio.

Delicious; the menu was manageable, not overloaded. All employees extremely friendly and always concerned about the well-being of the guests

Dishes are made with local produce. Very tastefull. Price a bit higher since everything was freshly prepared.

Regional and fair. Very nice service. Unfortunately a point deduction because of the vegetarian tarte flambee ... Wasn't that great.

It was our first time at the Storchehus today and definitely not the last time 🙂👍 It was perfect from start to finish. The ambience, the service as well as the food was simply excellent. You felt right at home and the staff is attentive and very friendly at all times. We are looking forward to the next evening 😉👍

Were at the Storchehus for the first time but definitely not the last time. You can tell the innkeeper's enthusiasm for fresh and regional ingredients and it just tastes good. Everything was really perfect! More of an insider tip, but I'm sure it won't stay that way for long.

We were there for the first time today and were very satisfied. Of course, the food is not cheap, but you pay for good and regional quality! The salad bar had a large selection with fresh ingredients, where everyone can put together their favorite salad. The main courses were delicious and the meat was cooked to the point. A big compliment goes to the staff, always friendly and courteous. We were extremely satisfied and will not have visited this restaurant for the last time.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and competent staff. Sufficient portions, taste very tasty (everything fried and cooked to the point). How the negative reviews came about, you can not understand. Were there for the first time since the takeover by the new tenant. The food was excellent and the service very friendly and courteous. Can just be recommended!

Quality of the food was really good. We were also served quite quickly and the staff was attentive. The only improvement would be in my opinion a bit wider salad bowls (for salad leaves almost too small)!
